Question ATI Radeon HD 3450 Graphics Card Stopping the display to TFT Monitor (Read 214 times)

I have brought a new computer and it came with the ATI Radeon HD 3450 Graphics Card, problem is I had trouble getting the computer to display on my TFT monitor but I found out it was the graphics card. Now that it has been taken out, I finally have the display on my TFT monitor. I'm just wondering if my GPU is faulty or is there another problem?
