Has been happening infrequently and usually while I'm in a game. The computer shuts down and restarts before I can even see what's on the screen. The error signature given is:

BCCode : 100000d1     BCP1 : DEADFAD6     BCP2 : 00000002     BCP3 : 00000000
BCP4 : BAC23279     OSVer : 5_1_2600     SP : 3_0     Product : 256_1

help!!

I've reseated my videocard and ram and that apparently didn't resolve it. The CPU has been reseated and that didn't help either.

Windows XP
E8200 2.66Ghz 1333
2GB OCZ DDR2-800
Asus P5K SE / EPU
OCZ 600W Stealth PSU
XFX 8800GT

I sent the error report and it gave me this:

You received this message because your universal serial bus (USB) driver has caused a blue screen error. This type of error means the computer has shut down abruptly to protect itself from potential data corruption or loss.

EDIT: Okay I think something might've screwed up when I did a BIOS update so I'm going to try to redo that but when I run the asus bios updater it just shows a blank command prompt then closes

oh I get it it's because I'm an idiot

EDIT2: Okay I updated my bios (maybe??) but now if I go to EZ Flash anymore it just freezes. Fuck. Whatever I've had so many problems with this motherboard I'm just going to buy a new one.

PROBLEM HAS BEEN RESOLVED
