I'll sticky this topic for 2-3 days so people will know about this upgrade.

I talked with ramirez about the "Warn of new replies made while posting?" feature and he upgraded the feature a bit. You can now switch it on or off as you like from your User CP, under the Look and Layout Preferences menu.

I don't understand how anyone could NOT like this feature, but OK, good work rami.

It can become annoying because it doesn't let you post sometimes.

In a popular topic you could encounter this screen repeatedly before you get to post I think. So it's handy for some.

Yes! I found it annoying. Great! Why does it have a question mark at the end of it while all the other options just have a period though?

Personally I am leaving it on, if I get the message I generally go quick to post so I dont get stuck in a loop... not that I ever check what other replies have been made. It adds a lot of ACTION to forum posting mainly.
