Wash Cycle's looking amazing delicious. I'm hungry now, after seeing it...

Yeah me too, I am unsure why this was even a tie from reading both of the recipes and looking at the final presentation.

yeah, I wasnt particularly enamored with the chickpea/red onion/goji berry dish in the end. I think that the chickpeas in it were done just right, but I did too rough of a chop with the red onions and they got gross... and the goji berries had a tough texture that wouldnt have been an issue with the raisins or the currants, but unfortunately I had none on hand so I had to make due. The couscous and feta went really well with all the flavors though and overall it was a good dish I thought but I just didnt enjoy it as much as the patties (which with everything all together, the pepper/tomato blend garnish with that tzatziki sauce and the feta again was absolutely fucking delicious) or the honey and mint hummus, which was pretty.. uhh.. delicately spiced shall we say... there was coriander, cumin, garlic, cooked yellow onion, crushed red pepper flakes and s&p etc. It was a pretty interesting concoction, had a cool start from the mint, got very exotic in the middle and then had a nice late burn.

The dessert was not at all what I had intended to make, and I could barely eat it. It was pretty much a failure overall. Still not sure why I didnt just scrap it haha

I voted WC.

The thing about this (which I know everyone said at the beginning) is that it's based all on looks and "performance." The taste doesn't come in at all so yeah it's really hard to judge.

But w/e! Good job to both of you anyway.

alright well unfortunately I have to close this poll at noon pretty much because I have to go to work and steel needs to do his entry like... today. so yeah this whole thing smacks of a bit of underhandedness so I may not participate in this next round, but rather just adjudicate.
