Hey guys.
This is a topic about Milkshake.
Where I live there are a few stores in which you can pick your Milkshake ingredients and they make it for you. Anything. Chocolate, fruit, biscuits, sweets. They do it for you! It's amazing. I'm pretty sure everyone has done this at least once so I'm going to make a topic on it and maybe we can share ideas for flavours and ideas!
I don't have a favourite at the moment but I did have a Dime Bar and Crunchie Milkshake and it was delicious!
Err, yeah, discuss?

There used to be an old timey drug store in the town I go to college that served handmade milkshakes like this. I only got to go twice though, the second time being on the day they closed down. Apparently the old man who owned it decided that upon his retirement, he'd rather just close up shop than give it to someone who might not run it like he would want. He just wanted to quit while he was on top than let the place go down. As much as I wish I could have had more of those delicious milkshakes, I can definitely respect that decision.
So nope not been too adventurous with milkshakes because that's the only place like that I know of :(

dime bar and crunchie?
Sounds nice, I might have to get one!

It's pretty good if you use ice cream in the mix then just add chocolate bars of your choice. Mint choc chip ice cream is my fave to do that with.
Also kaworu you been gone forever man!

Most places use Ice Cream as well because it makes things colder and thicker! Never considered the possibility of an ice cream other than vanilla though, great shout on the mint choc chip.

I'm pretty conservative with my milkshakes. Strawberry, banana, yogurt, milk, and a touch of orange juice. Sometimes if I wanna get funkay I omit the strawberries+yogurt and use ice cream, peanut butter, Nutella, dark chocolate, and coffee in it. Unfortunately though, the ice cream usually just makes the whole thing chunky. I wonder if it would be smoother if I use half and half instead of milk?
Yes, I keep the orange juice.

I used to make my own as an alternative to always making smoothies.
Apple, mint & banana and apple, banana, strawberry and pineapple were probably two of the better ones (I'm addicted to apples... I can drink over a litre of pure non-concentrated apple juice per day).
My favourite bought one was probably the Yop! chocolate brownie flavoured limited edition :/
I tend to drink fruit juice more than milkshakes and such.

Green Tea shake yummmmmmmm.
-
The only place I know of that I can get milkshakes around here is McDonalds.
But I love milkshakes... so much :(
-
Green tea milkshake is okay, but the taste is hardly defined. Unless you're just using ice and skim milk instead of ice cream.
-
i only get milkshakes when somebody offers to buy one for me and they are okay at best.

Battenburg Cake is not a good idea for a Milkshake. I found this out the hard way.
