Post by: Pipcaptor Hatsuya on September 08, 2009, 10:19:11 am: Sorry but Gaming World doesn't deserve NetGame Crisis Saga due to their actions against its creator, and the scheduled release of the NGCS PV trailer was canceled due to the development hell the creator had encountered, and this forum/RM group doesn't deserve to have NGCS due to its anime-influenced nature. So Eriol Clowphengire (a.k.a.) Pipcaptor Hatsuya won't be here until further notice.

Also, the Chou Koemushi template won't be released here either, as ordered by the creator itself.

Well, the HATSU! Nation thing is just a response to rampant rejections to us (me, S4D, PKUltimaga), so anyway I'm leaving this turd-hill until further notice.

Well, I bet majority of the members here have negative thinking about anime and tokusatsu, no wonder some of us were being bullied, like what happened on Skie Fortress's DOAD (Desperation of Alcoholic's Dream [correct ][/correct]) being bombarded by Max McGee's dispute. Maybe some of you might only appreciate my game due to custom graphics and a change in game soundtrack, but may not be in the game's stories and stuff.

I see what you are saying. Gaming World does in no way intend to be racist against Animé or Tokusatsu, and I am sure that we can find a middleground in this matter.

How would you feel if we increased support for Tokusatsu on these forums? Perhaps by instating a zero tolerance policy against Tokusatsu discrimination, or by enforcing an "Animé Mondays" rule where everyone who is working on a game has to implement Animé content only on mondays?

Please respond with your thoughts. I am confident that we'll be able to resolve this.

Well... that's a double-edged sword actually, maybe it's just me feeling like this. The good one of that suggestion may evoke some of our GW'ers inner child within them and get nostalgic...

By the way, I'm a member of both HBGames.org and RRR and found out that some of the HBGames.org members do scorn too anime-influenced content, while in RRR, well... they're like:
"ooh! good one!" *shelves 'em to some place until another RM game gets posted*

The Anime Mondays can be twice a month.

fun fact, mikko lankinen of laika & the cosmonauts have clearly stated in soundi - magazine's interview (finnish music magazine) that "i am greatly influenced by anime surf music. i love anime". kind of highlights the rich and wide influences of the band! :)

If this is how GW is going to name its events, Xanqui Games Studios Incorporated (XGSI) will not be posting content from its landmark revolutionary game "Xanqui: Swords of the Shadow Warriors of Nosgoth" for RPG Maker 2000 upon its completion.

The XGSI demands:

- "Anime Mondays" must henceforth be referred to as "Animondays" or "AniMondays."

- Pipcaptor Hatsuya must provide GW members with a weekly update via a new forum topic on both his game and popular anime to help us game makers know what the current trends in Japanese culture are.

That said, this movie is complete garbage. The trailers and previews kind of gave me the impression that though the series had lost what little credibility it had to begin with, this last one would be the movie that should have been made in the beginning.
That was not the case, this movie is very aware of it's bad name, and does more in the name of humor than it does with its potentially good ideas.
The beginning and end credits recap the deaths of the last 3 movies with 3d xrays of bones breaking and heads being chopped off etc... I didn't see it in 3d though so the scenes where things come at you and stuff were very painful and a couple of people couldn't help but reach their arms out and joke like they could see it coming out of the screen.
The deaths, which are I guess the appeal of the movie, are all terrible from beginning to end. There's the obligatory guy that gets hit by speeding bus, but in addition there's a guy that get's set on fire and dragged down the street tied to a truck, and also a guy gets his guts sucked out of his butthole by a pool drain. Everybody else get's hit by buses and shit and the movie really sucked.
Fuck this movie I want my 9$ back.

By the way, the show I've just posted is from Keitai Sousakan 7 (Cellphone Investigator Seven), a sci-fi tokusatsu that doesn't need much of fighting like their Kamen Rider, Super Sentai and Henshin Hero brothers & sisters. Still, a cool find though!

And a tokusatsu that any Kamen Rider and Super Sentai can't be compared with. It was even the 1st series made for adults and no wonder it's just broadcasted at midnight, and this was made in 2005 though.

Another adult-themed tokusatsu would be Cutie Honey Live, some said it's Garo with more boobs.

i like cutie honey the movie (the live action one, idk if there are anime ones, never seen the anime), thought that would have been obvious because those clips were obviously of real people and not anime and afaik there's just the two live action things

the movie is really good and isn't constant tits in your face. the live action show on the other hand goes out of its way to show tits, every fight she gets in she gets slashed in the tits by something, the even had the guy climb up on some sort of dome object in the background and she fell down in front of it so it looked like he was standing on her tits, this is not very fun to watch for me thanks! even as a guy i don't see how you could put up with the rest of the bullshit to not even see a whole tit for an entire season of a show, and that's all it had to offer

That's when it was first known as Star Savior Shinegate, then title-changed to Silver Sunflowers (which it slightly simplified the Shinegate's story), and again title-changed to NetGame Crisis Saga (with a terribly long title), and finally, the last title-changed just into NetGame Crisis Saga.

The gay character named Angelo (Hatoru on Shinegate) was turned back into a boy. The original plan on Hatoru's character was that he's on for a shounen-ai (BOY LOVE) to Hatsuya-kun (not me, I'm only 'carrying' it 'cuz he's my fave NGCS character) like this [if ][/if]:
