Are you asking for what parts to buy or what to do with them?
-
buy a second hand computer, take it apart and put it back together.
-
Get the newest parts you can afford
Put 'em together
Done deal
(you're gonna have to be more specific with your question)
-
actually how about you look at the sticky at the top of this forum????

the "newest parts" thing might be out of date by now but the rest is good

figure out desired features. processor/ram/HD/etc you want. then find an appropriate motherboard. Then find appropriate components. get a proper build case. Order them all. build them.
voila
-
and stay away from those big fuckoff cases with a million lights and shields and skulls, those things are typically shit and way too expensive but everyone building a computer wants one

Most of them floataround in the ~$100CAD range, the good ones and the bad ones.
