Well Psyburn Appreciation Week has been on for about three days now and I haven't seen a topic, so I figured I'd create one.

psyburn is a cool guy. he compares himself to kubrick, not spielberg. apparently people in his college find him creepy because he randomly yells at people and is very obnoxious. he hates his roommate because he liked transformers or something. when celebrities die he cries, but only because he couldn't get their autographs first. he says that he has vision but no resources, and he has really low self esteem. i actually worry about him and have been trying to be nicer to him, because i seriously think he needs some professional help.

I liked meeting Psyburn. He's a pretty cool guy in person even if he comes off as stressed out on GW. I felt really bad calling his mom on collect without her knowing who I was.

I don't cry when celebrities die because i couldn't get their autographs cause i got David Carradine and Karl Malden before they died and I still was really mad

my college is full of nerds

Btw the only time I compared myself to Kubrick was a stage in his life when he spent years trying to come up, or find a good movie idea/material to make into a movie, other than that there is no reason to compare myself to Kubrick, nor is he someone i necessarily want to compare myself with.

psyburn is one of the few asian people who i have met on the internet besides myself and that is pretty cool. i wish psyburn got some more confidence, but not overconfidence, because i feel like he can be really creative, but he just doesn't believe in himself, and when he does, he overdoes it and says he's the best person in the world, and my philosophy is that whenever you make something you must always be dissatisfied, otherwise you'll never improve.

yesterday i went over to psyburns place and surprised him, when i got into his room, his computer was freezing and there was an anime folder open. he went crazy and started jumping around the room, and kept saying I needed to calm down.

i met his room mate again, and some of his 'gamer' friends and they seemed like real legit people but they kept asking what's wrong with psyburn. i had no answer.
afterwards we tried to meet some more people but this redneck kid got in the way.
     then he followed me back to my house and we had a conversation about life, and he got to meet my black anime loving room mate.

then i had to go to bed but he refused to leave on multiple occasions.


I think psyburn is a Great guy but he's a little rough around the edges

This is a fairly inaccurate potrayal of myself. To be simple, leafo is lying.

I was surprised because a few minutes ago, the RA knocked on my door to see if i wanted to go to some ASL thing. Then, leaf corcoran comes busting in talking all loud making humming noises and being hyperactive, literally jumping onto my computer chair, in which he saw my frozen computer and the anime folder open.

I was in the process of deleting it before he came over, because I knew he would see it, and since I hate anime, he would say something about it. My anime>anime folder was basically my attempt to put all my shit in there when i was in 6th grade with paypal links and all that shit.

He needed to calm down, and I know he was continually accuse me of lying, but I was standing there, trying to just be casual and talk, but his nerdiness was brushing off of him and making me laugh consistently, this kid could not get his grin off his face bro. In fact he was making me disoriented, there was no way I could function normally.

Yeah, we did meet some people on my floor, only two of which were 'gamer' buds, the rest of them were not on the floor at the moment, so leaf could not meet them. However in the process of this, we witnessed a public safety officer "knock" on a door and start signing to a kid, with a bunch of kids in the hallway signing to each other watching this event unfold. What it was? I will never know.

The University of Massachusetts Boston is seeking Asian and Asian American adults with brain injury to participate in a research study.  We are interested in examining the relationships between Asian values, coping style, and well-being.

 

This research will involve:

·        An interview about your brain injury history and experiences

·        Taking a short cognitive test

·        Filling out a booklet of questionnaires

Some of the requirements for this study are that you:

·        Are 18 or older

·        Identify as Asian, Asian American, or a specific Asian ethnic group

·        Had a brain injury, which includes but is not limited to traumatic brain injury, serious concussion, stroke, brain tumor, or infection.

·        Are sufficiently fluent in English

Participation should take approximately 3 hours to complete and involves one visit.  You will receive $50 for completing the study.

I got an airbrush tattoo for fun, but yeah, tattoos are semi-forever- I've heard the laser removal is really painful and expensive. So one ought to think carefully before getting one.
