There are so many shows currently out or coming out, I cant keep track of them all.. Anyway lets see what we all waste our time watching these days.

This list is from a word document I was forced to create a while back just to keep track of everything, I just add the new shows to the list when they appear. This list doesn't include True Blood which just ended with its second season and the upcoming Sanctuary which I didn't think was great but has the chick from Stargate in it with the worst British accent you have ever heard.. I'm compelled to watch it.
P.S I removed the anime shows I watch to avoid a beating.

i'm guessing you are putting down what days you watch these shows because none of the shows that you have up there match the day that they air on tv.
I have a few television shows that I watch but I don't follow them regularly, I just catch up on them as I have time. The only thing that I'll watch when it actually airs though is lost and sometimes house.

the two days I watch TV are the ones I can turn it on to a channel and work on stuff

american dad
it's not very good. american dad's a lot better than family guy and it seems like the cleveland show will be too, but they're still too similar with their stupid gimmick characters (talking baby, talking dog, talking alien, talking goldfish, talking bear, afro kid who acts like an adult (?)). the simpsons only has a decent episode every now and then but I don't really mind

sometimes the Jay Leno Show
Parks and rec has actually been pretty good this season. I like louis ck's character. Community has been pretty good too, not really funny but good
I would watch shows like Anthony Bourdain's no reservations and Andrew Zimmern's bizarre world but I don't get cable anymore

EDIT: Psych (Can't believe I forgot Psych; screw Monk, it's easily my favorite USA show of all time)
I think that's all that I watch that still comes on at this point. Although a couple of them I just watch purely out of habit (Smallville and Heroes have done nothing but disappoint me since Season 6 and Season 2, respectively. I'm just too far in to stop watching) and Bones I haven't kept up with the past year or so, so I'm not even sure why I put it down.
And I pretty much don't watch anything as it airs. I tape everything and watch it when I have time/feel like it. I'd say Lost is easily the best show on tv right now, though I DO love Supernatural as well.
And I'm kind of worried about Scrubs with all the major cast changes this year.
But hmm, I was thinking there was more that I watched, but I guess not. There'll be even less this time next year since a big majority of these shows are on their last season, I do believe.

I don't watch TV any more. If I get the urge to watch something in particular I'm not going to sit around and wait for it to come on so I hulu/etc a few shows once in a while and that's about it.
TV isn't that great.

When they're on: Burn Notice, Nip/Tuck and 24.
House, Monk, and Psych. When I'm home on sundays and I remember to turn the tv on, Family Guy and American Dad.
For Dexter, I just wait and get it on dvd later.

yeah i'm waiting for like season 4 to end and then I'm just going to blow through it some evening the whole way through, or maybe split it over a few evenings. Its the kind of show that the more episodes that you can watch at one time without having to wait between, the better.

Just about all I watch these days are reruns of King of the Hill on adult swim.
My parents are into Two and a Half Men and The Big Bang theory, but I don't really like either (especially big bang)

that's pretty much it, big bang theory is the only one i watch exclusively on TV. i watch other stuff with flatmates 3 times a week but it tends to be garbage that i don't care about (shortland street). two and a half men is on all the time and it's the worst trash. oh i also occasionally see how i met your mother.

I watch KotH sometimes on adult swim but I'm not usually watching TV at that time. My parents watch Two and a Half Men and it's awful. I've seen Big Bang Theory once and it was almost worse than Two and a Half Men. I don't get why people like this show so much.

Agreed that How I Met Your Mother is incredible (the first couple seasons especially).
Perhaps it's the fairly anti-sitcom guy in me, but I would go out on a limb and call it the best sitcom I've ever seen (never got too into Seinfeld, before everyone attacks me). I love their use of flashbacks and twists, and all the actors are great though I don't understand why the guy who plays Ted hasn't done more work, because he's really fantastic I think. Reminds me of John Cusack.

Yeah I think hes done great in the show so far especially as the lead but in all honestly I cant really picture him in anything else.

Yeah I guess so. I mean I could see him in romantic comedies and stuff, but I guess How I Met Your Mother does that better than pretty much any hour and a half formulaic movie could.

I'm always working during the good stuff. I've ended up watching weird shit cartoons in the early AM when I get home, like Wayside and other equally shruggable toons.
Been keeping track of Family Guy, American Dad, Heroes, and the Office online.
Might give The Cleveland Show a few more tries before calling quits. The pilot was terrible. :/

All this hate for Big Bang Theory. I mean sure it isn't the greatest thing out there but it's still pretty funny and does have a fairly unique character in Sheldon. Although I guess he's just the extreme version of the quirky "say-what-you-think" character. And with the twist that instead of being incredibly stupid with moments of clarity he's incredibly smart with moments of clarity. What's not to like? I guess it just hits too close to home...
That said I hope there aren't too many more seasons because comedy tends to get bogged down once there's too many of them. (Just look at The Office. That show needs to end, though preferably not by cancellation.)

When I saw it they were playing Age of Conan or something and the girl got into it and it was just jokes about OH HAHA PEOPLE WHO PLAY VIDEO GAMES STAY UP TOO LATE DOING IT, ONLY THIS TIME IT'S A GIRL DOING IT, WAKKA WAKKA. this was the entire episode.

yeah it's pretty bad and painful most times, especially when they make a huge deal out of something that was circulated 5 years ago or something.

Hence the 'almost'. They're at least EQUALLY bad, in the sense I can't watch either.
I really don't get Two and a Half Men though, there is a laugh track after EVERY SINGLE LINE even when they aren't jokes. I can live with laugh tracks but this show is unwatchable for me because of it. Even if the jokes in it weren't embarrassingly bad I would still not be able to listen to that much laugh track in one show.

Every joke consists of nerds spouting nerdy facts and then laughing at how nerdy they are. It's boring.

Like most shows you really have to give it a chance, when the concept was explained to me by a friend I thought it sounded ridiculous but since then have gotten really into it.

Anyone care about the new stargate show? I was a big fan of the original and Atlantis despite how poorly it ended.

I forgot about Hell's Kitchen. It is the only "reality" show I've ever taken the time to watch (that and Kitchen Nightmares). I used to work in a restaurant, so it brings back fond memories of people screaming like lunatics at each other. I've had friends and family members suggest I tryout when they're casting new seasons of it, but I've managed to develop a shellfish allergy somehow - and I can't eat (or rather keep down) just about any fish so I'd be royally screwed the first time I botched a John Dory and was ordered to taste it.

oh also technically i've been watching a lot of seinfeld recently. I downloaded basically seasons 4-9 and some of 3 and i've watched them about once through. great show.

I've never seen Seinfeld, apparantly it was bigger than Friends over in the US.. at least thats what I remember hearing somewhere, its not as popular over here in the UK in my opinion.

I've been watching a lot of LOST online. Can't wait for the 6th season next year. It's a hell of a long time to wait for a new season but the writers are so damn talented I could care less. As long as they give it a decent ending that hopefully makes sense, I'll be happy. I have to admit though, season 5 was weak. Especially compared to the first 3 seasons. The show may have gotten worse but it's still manages to be better than most other shows on TV.
Another show I've been watching with vague interest is the mentalist. Simon Baker's character is great but the rest of the cast blows. The stories aren't that good either. It does have a really good soundtrack though.

Ive been getting really into Medium and re-watched an old show from back when I was a kid, Freaks and Geeks. It only had season to it but I cant believe the cast it had, no one I reconised back then but now... most of these guys have become movie stars, damn!
