WinDVD won't work, its the only blu-ray dvd media player I got on this computer. everytime I put a disk in it doesn't do anything and tells me its updating, still doesn't do anything though and just sits there until I turn it off. it says it the aacs key has expired and its got to update, but I think thats bullsh3t and its lying to me.

did it come with your computer? for the interim you might want to get VLCplayer, which you should get anyway it's hella useful. uninstall and reinstall windvd maybe it'll work?

there's probably a folder in your C:\ root, maybe in i386, called like SW and it'll be filled with all the junk preloaded onto your computer. it's usually a mission trying to find the right install file since it'll be called like, WD872314087.EXE
