Title: A question about killing floor
Post by: Liquid Ocelot on November 08, 2009, 08:20:00 pm
I have a really shitty computer but my friend said I could run Killing Floor without any problems if I put the graphics on relatively low. The real question is though, could I truly run it with two Radeon 9500 graphics cards in my computer?

Yes you could because I ran it on my laptop which has a shitty graphics card, even worser than yours!

Well that depends from on your internet connection and the server you are playing on. I play fine on most servers! I don't get any slowdowns or anything but then again I play it on really low settings, with everything off! I find it better that way anyway.

Doesn't it run on UT2004? Well, at least I am pretty sure that how I played the killing floor the one time I tried it. Anyways, if your computer can play the older unreal games, then it should be okay. Unless they moved it to the half-life 2 engine.

It still works on some UT engine. I don't think you will experience any lag unless you go into one of the 20+ players servers because there the amount of players is higher but also the amount of monsters per wave goes up a LOT.
