A few months ago, I know that a few of you were interested in reading the book that Steel was working on, and we've put it up on lulu.com, if you'd like to check it out:

Between Steel's family and a few of his friends, we're establishing a charity in Steel's name to fund research towards testicular cancer. The details are still coming together, but the proceeds from all book sales will go towards it, and I'll keep you guys posted when we have a page and an account if you'd be interested in learning more about all that.
Steel's mom would also like me to convey her gratitude for all the kind words and the support you've given... the last time I visited her, she'd printed out the thread, and it was clear that they were helping her to understand how much you guys loved him, and it's helped her tremendously.
Thank you again, as another one of Steel's friends, for everything you've done... you're all awesome people, and if there are any questions that I can answer or anything you'd like me to convey to the family, I'd be glad to.
