Title: Super Street Fighter IV
Post by: General Robert E. Lee on June 05, 2010, 05:16:39 am: Hey, Super Street Fighter IV (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Super_Street_Fighter_4) was released a few weeks ago and I've been playing it a lot recently.
I am also wondering if any of you guys have been playing it.
Do any of you guys follow the tournament scene? I'm not good enough to fight in them but I like to watch matches when I can. Anyone interested in watching a tournament, one is going to be streaming matches online tomorrow (June 5) at Noon (EST) here: http://www.justin.tv/ceo2010

Also, I need some good people to play against, preferably those who don't main Ken or Ryu (I fight enough of those in random matches). I main M. Bison and I'm working on Cody and Balrog a bit. My XBox Name is LuciusAxelrod

Today at Comic-Con, they said they'd talk more about it at Tokyo Game Show in September.
This probably means new character which will likely be released as DLC for the console versions at some point.

Honestly though, I hate IV because of the fall rates. I'm used to them being much faster, so my muscle memory is all off and I always get my ass kicked because of it. Sucks balls.

Post by: Brown on August 22, 2010, 05:16:02 pm: they made "super" street fighter better imo. It feels a bit faster than its counterpart, and some of the collisions have been balanced/made better. Either way, without online play this game can get pretty boring fast.

The rumour over at Shoryuken is that it's going to be Yang and Yun. When they discuss "rumours" they usually turn out to be true, so the Yang/Yun rumour may be one to watch.
