Title: JUST AN FYI

a few days ago i tried to click user cp and realized i wasn't logged in

actually i clicked "register" and it gave me an error
i didn't care enough then but just now i went and tried again and it again gave me an error


maybe it's just my net or my pc or whatever but if people are unable to register that is PRETTY BIG right?

it's great because if this is legit there is a topic in feedback about "gw dying"

Come on man, it's as easy as disabling/switching the captcha or installing GD (http://www.boutell.com/gd/faq.html).  This is like a 5-minute fix, if that.

So...are we really planning on overhauling the site and bringing in new traffic with absent sysadmins?

The problem isn't gdlib. We don't know what's wrong and Bart can't seem to fix it either, but I am guessing that it has something to do with the forum being hacked and broken and it won't be resolved until it's either moved or updated.

What makes you think nobody's noticed? Like I said, the problem isn't the absence of gdlib and Bart couldn't even find the problem, so it's not exactly a quick fix.
