Whitman Mayo I think?? We had a smiley of him at one point before we got the foget smileys. I need that smiley

Thanks but that's not the one I was after, we had one that wasn't animated, just made from a photo. Might have been black and white I don't remember

yeah it was like that. I think konix made it. a similar version ended up in that 72etc targ game

I like how they literally mix these moving elements in the background with a still picture so it looks like he literally can't move his face

it wasn't that picture exactly and it was cropped around his head to not have the background.  just whitman mayo's floating head.
