my 420 present, to you.
this falls under: "Functional games in progress for the sake of getting comments and criticism." it's still only in demo stages (BFPGA: Demo v1.0: Beta). it's being made with rm2k3, paint, and notepad.

screenshots, concept art, and the giant work document are all included, so you can refer to those for most questions you might have.
three known problems:
1) after you exit your card case the screen will stay black. just hit esc to open your menu and it should fix it.
2) THC healing items (bowls, bongs, geebers, spliffs, and chillums) will heal your THC past the total amount (42/11 for example). i meant to fix that before i zipped it, but spaced on it.
3) there's basically no music, ever. in battle there is, but that's about it. ultimately i'd like to have a full soundtrack of hiphop inspired midis, but until then i'd rather just leave it blank than listen to the terrible default rpgmaker music.

for clarification: this is a fan made star wars weedpunk rpg (with elements of elfpunk)

Alright, two criticism I have so far is the walking speed seems way too slow. Maybe you could add a run button? Next, there doesn't seem to be any indication of when you are able to fire your blaster again. Maybe you could add a bar at the bottom of the screen so that it will be easier to tell when you are able to use your blaster again.
Also, one mapping issue I have noticed so far, at Uncle Ben's Hydroponic Farm, you can walk up the walls on both sides of the door.
EDIT: I just found another bug at the start of the game. The chest that is on the cliff where you first start the game that has the joint in it, when you open it and leave the area and come back it closes again and lets you reopen it.

You could also put it in the project's charset folder! This would be the correct way. Nobody should ever copy stuff into his RTP which doesn't belong there, because it will cause confusion when it comes to publishing the game.
