A friend was coming around on Monday and was running a bit late. The BZZZ BUZZER went for my flat, so I was all "OBOYOBOY" and went to answer it. I'm on the ground floor, but my slovenly pace meant that some of the others got there before me. They all had bowls of TREATS and shit and, when the door was opened, it turned out to be some trick or treaters.

My friend didn't show up, the douche.

The point of this GRIPPING ANECDOTE OF HALLOWEEN FUN is that my other neighbours were a little funny with me about me being all "Oh" when it turned out to be trick or treaters, and going back in to my flat. I think they expected me to reappear with treats, as they waited in the hall for a while.

I'm suddenly a bad neighbour because I won't share my shit with some kids? I think the only thing I had that I could have given them was a couple of pork pies anyway and I'm sure as shit not going to share my FORBIDDEN FRUITS with them.

That is the most riveting story I have for this Halloween. Maybe someone else has a BETTER ONE?!>?!

Hero Bash one of three things have happened.

Either no one has any halloween stories, or my shit story spoiled the topic, or it was a rubbish topic to begin with.

Me, you, or everyone else are to blame.

one of the kids I saw while walking around on halloween had a robot costume consisting of just regular clothes and a cardboard box on his head that had a robot face (just like this one (http://dl.dropbox.com/u/42127055/robot5.png), actually) drawn on in marker. i thought that was pretty good. it reminded me of making a "toxic waste" costume as a kid by crouching under a cardboard box with green gunk drawn on the top and generic robot stuff scribbled on the sides.
 
anyway no kids knocked at our house this year. Well, Thats My Halloween Story

@faust: actually i wanted to write a reply to your unfortunate story, i could only imagine the moment to be really awkward.
 i don't really wanna force the topic though by replying to every other comment.
yea, i think the community just doesn't have that much people or stories. I don't have one myself it's not really big on our country, we know the day but almost noone does anything on the day.
