Title: Drule and Konix made a cool game they're trying to get on steam

So yeah, Drule and Konix have been working on this game for half a year and they're trying to get it on Steam now. It looks really great. Watch a vid here:

yea i agree this is game is kidna bullshit. i told the developer's that they should make the game about dick's instead because dick's are kinda cool and funny but they are idiots and only want to make a game about disgruntled plumber butt fetishism

Looks promising, but definitely has a way to go before its something I'll upvote.

The graphics and music are quite excellent, and it looks like its got some solid gameplay mechanics but it looks a little too slow and floaty (which I imagine wouldn't be difficult to fix). and also a bit bare bones in the variety department. (which again, is obviously because its early in development)

IDK. the quality in greenlight is all over the place and a lot of the stuff is a bit derivative.

Though of course I still root and support this since guys-from-the-same-forums, but that's about it.

Post by: mkkmypet on September 10, 2012, 12:27:34 am: i thumb'd up this game and also got my girlfriend to do so. soooo, support given~ ;D buuut yeah this game still needs work, obviously. my suggestion is to spread out the dithering more on the sky, because it looks weird when the character is up high enough that he's on a background of solid blue. i like the feel of this project and of course jamie's promos are great, but i'm hoping to see stuff added to this game to make it more unique than other side-scrolling indie platformers.

Upvoting simply means "this is interesting", it doesn't mean "this is ready for prime time". It's a little confusing I'd say because the site isn't exactly very clear about what its purpose is, but it basically is just a way of fishing out interesting WIP indie projects.
