How many and which languages do you speak? Umberto Eco wrote about ideal, logical, and utopian languages in his books Serendipities and The Search for the Perfect Language.

May I also suggest new system of universal writing like one sign would have single meaning but pronounced on many different languages.
For example some Chinese characters have same meaning but different pronunciation in China (including many Chinese languages), Japan, Korea and Vietnam.
Chinese pronuncination (Japanese)
木 -tree: mu, (ki) 森 -forest: sen, (mori) 林 -grove: lin, (hayashi)
口 -mouth: kou, (kuchi) 犬 -dog: quan, (inu) 水 -water: shui, (mizu)
火 -fire: huo, (hi) 金 -gold: jin, (kane) 土 -earth: tu, (tsuchi)
日 -sun: ri, (hi) 心 -heart: xin, (kokoro) 目 -eye: mu, (me)
見 -to see: jian, (miru) 月 -moon: yue, (tsuki) 光 -light: guang, (hikari) 旦 -dawn: dan, (akira)

Prepostrous... Blasmephy... I can't BELIEVE it... Humour aside, do you mean like, just for chinese characters or for all languages in general (a babelfish-slotlike system...tower of babel... the stuff the dreams are made of...)
