Title: How do I steer that damn raft?
Post by: ElCabong on January 14, 2015, 12:45:02 pm
I'm just sailing in circles.  I can't figure out what I'm doing to make the tiller move.

It moves but not the way I want it to move.

That help screen is actually a ruse designed to throw off players. The raft is a trap and you will only find yourself dragged thru a whirlpool to Malokka, the World of Water, where three HP Ups and a Seaweed Sword lie waiting to be found hidden inside a ruin of dangerous monsters. It's not worth it. Do NOT go on the raft. Do NOT go on the raft.

is that like... that bug in dragon warrior iii where you can go to the guild and make a bunch of characters and then you delete them and you get all the spells in the game you know like IRONIZE and BEDRAGON. But maybe it was never a bug, it was a RUSE saying like you just killed all your friends for a bunch of cheap spells and you're a bad person for doing that, and if you were really really noble you would've skipped the guild altogether and took the hero's quest. You know because it's harder but you gain four times as much experience for every enemy you kill. I dunno something about karma
