Title: Whats that Song... In nge?

I've been trying to find the name of an organ melody based song that plays during Shinji's epiphany right before the credits on the second to last episode of the English Dub of Neon Genesis Evangelion. The episode is number 25, and was titled Do You Love Me? in english. It's been a real pain in the ass though, trying to find it down in the various soundtrack albums because specific credits were never released for the episode only the entire series so any info would be appreciated.
