Title: Simplified Chinese Unicode Help

I go into control panel > regional options and languages > advanced because I want to change my non-unicode language to simplified Chinese, but when I open the scroll bar menu, it's not there. Why isn't it there and how can I change that? Thanks.

Do you have the east asian language support pack installed? You will need the windows XP cd to install it if not: http://www.wikihow.com/Install-East-Asian-Language-Support-for-Windows-XP
