Despite introducing a new nakama for the crew, we also get a fairly uneventful arc, which is not unlike the other character recruitment arcs. It is a very "by the numbers" recruitment arc, but that does nothing to stop it from being good. This is the first arc where Zoro practically does nothing. However, Chopper is great and I bet a lot of people agree with me. I give it a nice, solid 8.

6 from me. Drum is the most boring cannon arc, in my opinion. The fights were just completely disappointing, even though they were supposed to be humorous ala Buggy/Foxy. Drum was just really.. slow and boring.
Hiruluk was the best part of the arc.
