One of my hard drives has been giving me problems and causing blue screens and hangs. So I decided to run a few tests and one of them found tons of "lost clusters" and eventually reported "Too many errors, terminating..." It said I should run chkdsk to fix the errors, but chkdsk doesn't find anything or attempt to fix any errors. I've backed up the data and all, so how can I get rid of these lost clusters and fix the hard drive? It doesn't matter if I lose the data.

Sounds like your hard drive is dying. They cannot be fixed, only replaced.

:(
That sucks. Its been about 3 months since I bought it. I must've done some really stupid stuff to mess it up that bad but it gives me an excuse to buy a larger HDD.

Doesn't have to be something you did, could just be defective.
If it's only 3 months old, could still be under warranty. You should try to RMA it.
