I would post a good joke topic once and while for entertainment but I have gotten tired of "This topic is pointless" and a lock five seconds later. I'm making it a new rule of mine though, who ever says the topic I post is pointless, I will go through there profile and look at there topics and post it back to them. And then continue the whole "look whos calling the kettle a fat faggot" thing until I decide to have my way with there mom in which they will probably commit suicide.

thank you for the advice but I would rather be in a person's opinion a douchebag then a target. Becuase the only people who like being targets, are fat people. Why else would they be so fat? Because they like food or are mentally insecure? no, because there nice and want it so you don't miss when you fire upon them.

So, Someone coming onto a thread I started, Calling it pointless, and running off, is just fine. But if I go onto there profile and link some of THERE own pointless threads in defence of my own, It's provoking an argument.

Yeah that is pretty much how it works. If you have a problem with their post you report it to a moderator you don't try and take the law into your own hands.

I don't want to get them in trouble, I just want to be able to defend my own point. And what if the moderator agrees my thread is pointless then I'm stuck there on my own with no backup what so ever arn't I? then that situation will most likely turn into a bigger problem then what it would have. and I couldn't imagine some one getting offended by

And I really don't care if my disrespect for moderators, or counslers, or seers, or administrators, or any form of staff gets me banned. I actually quit this forum some time ago if you haven't seen my post on "Fuck you" which I hope you'll find down right offensive (thats what it was made for) and the only reason I came back was because I was asked to come back several times. And the only reason I'm on right now is for something to do while I wait for my Server promp to finish compiling scripts. Now just because a few people with way to much time on there hands get promoted to a moderator (not that hard to do actually if you review history of mods) doesn't mean what they say is right or wrong is right or wrong, and as much as they alter, ban, warn, kick, and delete they are still a person. They have authority over the forum, not the people. And I won't even bow to the queen of england without a good reason to do so. Now I'll listen to a moderator to a logical extent, if it helps others besides themselfs and me, and I'll gladly do favors, and I'm sorry if i took this the wrong way, but "listen closely" damn well sets off war. my advice as a person with 12 years of staff experiance on both forums, servers, games, and websites along with a vast knowledge of about damn near every computer code there is, I would personally walk away and forget it. If you don't then you are just feeding a nasty arguement. you would also be showing your lack of how well you actually deserve to be on staff. In every means I mean insult as you have greatly insulted me because what i picked off from your post is in a simple summary "Agree with me because i said so" although I am easily insulted.
And I'm sorry if you didn't know this was going to spark a fight i don't know how you couldn't. I also don't see how you can think I would actually move this fight to another thread and just make more work to keep track of. Now what I'm going to do is log out, Work on my server, refresh my affiliates on my own website, work on my deviantart, newgrounds, youtube, and tibia accounts,

I never asked for your respect. I never asked for anyone's respect and I have always openly said that I don't really think I am that great of a moderator, but I do my best. I mean I haven't warned you for any of the offensive posts you've made, instead I've tried to discuss them with you and you have been unreasonable towards it, aggressive and now you're just TRYNG to start an argument which I am pretty idiotically falling into. I don't think people respect me around here but if they did I would like to think that they respected me because of my music or because of who I am rather than the fact that I am a moderator, neither I nor any other moderator on the forum has ever demanded respect purely because of status so that is complete shit and I don't know why you are bringing it up. When people say something that offends me, I as a person try and discuss it with them because at any point in time over this whole discussion in which I have openly stated I really really really don't fucking like you I could have just banned you, but I didn't because that's abuse of power and I have to follow the rules just as much as you do and I KNOW that so I don't need you to tell me. So I am not demanding your respect and I think that is pretty clear in the way I have been wording myself. The point is, it's not up to you to take the law into your own hands by digging up dirt on members in order to start an argument by sifting through their post history. As a member of THIS FORUM you have to follow the rules. This isn't debatable. Yeah yeah you have free-will badass do what you want if you flame a member you are going to get warned and when your warns are capped you are going to get banned and that's how it's going to happen. It has nothing to do with your disrespect getting you banned it's that I have told you what you propose to do is against the rules and you are telling me you are going to do it anyway fuck the rules. THAT is what is going to get you banned. It has nothing to do with personal differences otherwise I would have banned you a LONG LONG TIME AGO (earlier today.)
I'm surprised you even have the nerve to come back after making a big fuck you post anyway. I don't have proof that you have been asked to come back so you don't need to keep repeating it and I don't need you to provide proof either because it's completely irrelevent as far as I'm concerned. It doesn't matter. The mod is the authority and what they say goes. The forum has a rules policy and if you break those rules you get warned whether you respect the moderator or not you HAVE to follow the rules. If you have a problem with a moderator then go to an administrator and if you have a problem with an administrator then it's pretty much tough luck I'm sorry that's even out of my hands. Maybe start a revolution and see how far it ultimately gets you. I've never denied that the only reason I am doing this job is because I have too much time on my hands, I guess you are just a better human being than I am. I don't get paid to do it, I do it voluntarily so this isn't ultimately debatable. When a mod says don't do something, you don't do it because it's the RULES and if you disagree with it that much you take it to an admin. You seem to have this impression that I am trying to demand something from you or that I am saying I am better than you which isn't the case at all. I'm as much a part of the rule system as you and if I flame and spam and troll then I get punished as well, IN FACT I will probably be punished for arguing this publically which is also against the rules.

How am I not being logical? I've said don't do it it's the rules. I've explained WHY it's the rules. It's not your job to defend your topic like that by digging up dirt in the post history of old members in order to incite an argument. If someone says your topic is pointless then you tell a mod, you don't go rummaging for ammunition because it's just not the way you handle things. As a human being if someone steals your TV set you don't go over to their house and steal their TV set and radio and DVD Player and Consoles. You tell the police. Maybe you are VIGILANTE and you would go steal shit back but that's pretty despicable in the sense that you are not only being just as bad as the original offender but you are trying to ONE UP them. Every single time an issue comes up that I actually feel strongly about I take the moderator approach, I reply politely I explain the problem and every single time it's been sorted without a need for an argument but you have, on multiple occassions, seriously pissed me off and although I think I am overreacting right now I also think I need to because when you repeatedly offend me I'm not going to just sit back and let it slide over and over again just because I'm a moderator. You know what you are right. That is exactly what I said. But it's more like "Agree with me because it's the rules and if you disagree with me then take it to an admin." Well good. I'm glad you enjoy starting arguments. I personally have never respected a person because they are a mod. I think it's kind of silly to! the problem is Achiro views himself as raging against the machine instead of rightfully exercising "civil disobedience", for lack of a better term.
the problem isn't just that Achiro (you are gravely stupid btw Achiro do not forget this, I am talking to BM because of this, not you, and the fact that we are sort of arguing the same point sucks) is angry, I don't care about that. the problem is he's arguing his right to "defend" himself in the worst possible way.
fact is, everyone on this forum who has been here longer than two months has probably broken the rules. I bet you can even find a post by Mateui that is just "you fucking faggot" in response to someone. historical evidence isn't relevant at all. instead of arguing that the other person posts pointless topics (a failed misson from onset, considering the definition of pointless varies from person to person), it's up to you to DEFEND THE TOPIC, not attack the person.
