Am I the only one who thinks that it doesn't feel quite right having Disney mixed up with Final Fantasy to make Kingdom Hearts? It really doesn't feel right. The game has a pretty serious story, but all the Dsineyness ruins it for me. Well, at least it has too much of Disney. Well, if you agree with me, say so, but you can also disagree. I do not want to start a flame war, because I think the game is pretty good, but it has too much Disney for me. :hmm:

That's the thing that hooked me on Kingdom Hearts. I saw the commercial when it first came out, and I was so confused. But it really worked out imo, gave the game a cool and unique theme. Kingdom Hearts would be meh if it was just Final Fantasy character. I like the fact that there are random disney and FF characters mixed together.
Plus, they made Mickey Mouse badass, that's kinda cool. By the way, you're a few years too late with this topic I'd say.

You're right about me being late, lol. Well, I just wanted to say it. I like the series but sometimes I think that even without all the Disney, this would be a great game too. Well, maybe I think like that about it because I don't like Disney, AT ALL. Even when I was younger, I couldn't seem to like it.
EDIT: Well, you are right about it. Without the Disney it wouldn't have been the same, but it would have been a Final Fantasy game. But, I that wouldn't been that bad I think. Well, it gave the game an unique atmosphere. But I still can't seem to like the Disney stuff.

Kingdom Hearts is ABOUT Disney. If you don't like Disney with Final Fantasy, then don't play Kingdom Hearts.

Well, you are partly right. But Disney isn't required to make the story come out right. I think. Hell, I am probably too much adjusted to the normal FF stuff.

Yes it is.
And some Disney movies actually have some story to them, not all of them are happy little kid movies. Plus it's about Disney. Each part plays an equal role to the story.
