I don't think he meant it that way, haha.

I'm pretty sure he was just saying that by reading the forums he should have no trouble understanding what's going on because of how easy (he believes) english is to learn.

edit: okay, i clicked the link to that topic, and i just want to say that i think it's hilarious that they used a shitty overlay on the cover of that zine. i probably heard that overlay shit recited so many times in the screenshot topic.
