Title: Help me find a movie

I'm looking for a movie for which I saw a trailer a long time ago. I can't even remember the year or vaguely remember the name but it was a movie about a bunch of mafia people on trial, and theres this one "funny guy" who defends himself. I can't remember much more than that, but I do know that the "funny guy" is disliked by the rest of the mafia/family. Hope someone knows what movie I'm talking about. Sorry about being so vague.

Was the "funny guy" the main character or just a supporting actor?

Also, physically describe the person because the only movie coming to my mind is Find Me Guilty (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0419749/).

Unless he's talking about the famous Goodfellas scene (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=twW_riHWz_4). There's not a trial but I couldn't help thinking about it when he said "funny guy."

Yes! Thank you! My memory must be really bad because I couldn't remember Vin Diesel was in it and this only from 2 years ago.
