I decided to join here, because of, well~... I guess I should keep that to myself to prevent myself from being boo'd away. xD
I've been working on games since 2001 or so. At first I only made the games themselves, but later the graphics, music, programming, writing, etc. too. Now I make games with as much custom materials as I can afford / have the time to make them. I've been writing stories since 4th grade or so (really half-arsed stuff back then) and making games is a nice way of telling the stories. As cliché as that may sound, it's true. I'd prefer directing movies but I just don't have the budget for that lol.
Anyway, enough of that sales talk. About me... I'm older than 15 and younger than 20. And then somewhere in the middle of that 5 year range. My exact age will remain a mystery! xP I love J-Pop (Utada Hikaru, Ayumi Hamasaki, etc.) and other music that isn't popular where I live (Loreena McKennitt anyone? I'll give you a digital cheesecake if you've listened to her music before!). I'm a fan of zombie movies, but I generally like any genre. My favorite game at the moment is probably Bioshock. I don't play games too often, because I'm bored rather quickly and then need a break of a day or two. But I think that Bioshock's my favorite game right now.

It's not very welcoming to new members of the community!
Anyway, Twin Matrix, if you're interested in film, you can always check out our Film forums! We have a couple of people who make short films here. We hope the gaming resources are adequate for you here also.

Damnit, every time I pass this thread on the forum main page I randomly think of Zep's Immigrant Song because the title "I come from the place..." remotely looks like "We come from the land of the ice and snow..." and each time I'm disappointed to discover I was wrong.
I guess that's not really your fault but my shoddy memory.

i played evil dead on ps.. but it was too hard I died in just like the 2nd room of that house..
and that game was 2 discs..
