I went to go see it last night and found the show to be quite funny (seeings how I am a girl and it does relate more to my style of thinking) the comedy in the film most definitely was prescribed for a girl most likely by a girl.


Really talking about a lot of it might just take away from the viewing but there is a few things I can say were great about the film without really giving detail. And that is there is more to being just a girl and just wanting things to be to get them done... work hard no matter how you work something will be accomplished. Also be who you are in the inside and outside, don't let physical or mental barriers pursuade you from your goals.


Anyone else see it? I kind of doubt that the boys here would but it was pretty entertaining and there is stuff boys like in it (especially all the barely clothed women scenes)

i saw this movie once called space odyessy or something like that and it had a lot of boi stuff like thinking and classical music i dont think gurls would like it much

AHAHA its a movie about work and accomplishment so it only applies to females

This movie is getting better reviews than I thought it would.  It has a 40% on RottenTomatoes and I thought it would get a 20% at most.
Plus it's PG-13, I don't think there are going to be any real titties.

I saw this with my girlfriend last night. It was actually... kinda good. I was surprised.

There were lots of tits. You even get to see a naked ass omggzz!

Were the tits naked, as in you can see nipple, and not just tits in bras?  If that's the case, how was this not rated R?

But come on, this is just another fucking movie along the line of no-effort crap Hollywood likes to make.  It doesn't deserve any attention at all.  Just because it has Anna Faris does not make it worth watching.  I'm sick of so many movies hinging on a single pointless gimmick. 

And seriously, if you're going to make a movie about a Playboy bunny, make it R-rated.  That kind of movie DEMANDS naked tits.  Not just one naked ass.

she was in drive which i watched until it got canceled and she was hot as hell in that too. she also apparently had random parts in random tv shows in random before that.

Okay so now it's tits with no nipples, but they're on the big screen so that makes up for them not even being proper nudity?

It is awful if anyone sees this for that reason now.  I mean I thought it was kind of bad before but now it's just terrible to spend that kind of money to NOT EVEN SEE A WHOLE BOOB.

yeah this is real good when you look at porno mags in convenient stores or whatever, and realize covering the very center of a nipple with a tan, skin-colored dot that you really have to look for is apparently considered censorship

yeah thats how good stores do it, but not the some of the sleazy ones around here.  also i know not because i would GO IN, OGLE TITS, but because my brother had like 200 cheri magazines and i was with him when he bought them at the cornerstore a few times.  it might've just been cheri but yeah, no plastic, just tiny nipple-colored dots covering the nipples.

I am sorry but I feel like your entire OP comes off as almost vaguely sexist in a way, most likely not on purpose, but all I see is stereotypical societal tendencies in it. Humor is not gender specific, the gender of the person doing the humor matters little, gender doesn't automatically make someone not want to see something (chick flick is the stupidest term ever),  and not all guys are going to enjoy barely clothed women scenes, not just because of sexual orientation but maybe because not all guys are pigs who go crazy over the vaguest nude pic of a woman ever. If a movie has barely clothed women or actual nudity in it, it better have an actual MOVING purpose that deepens the characters or story in some way and isn't there just to get me to watch it, otherwise it can piss off for all I care.

I don't watch what most people call "chick flicks", because 99% of them are genuinely BAD movies that talk about stuff they are trying to be PHILOSOPHICAL about to sound "deep" and "intellectual", such as work hard no matter how you work something will be accomplished and to also be who you are in the inside and outside, don't let physical or mental barriers pursuade you from your goals, not because some idiot somewhere decides that you can magically make a movie for a gender.

Unfortunately, this looks like one of those things. I just really wish your OP wasn't so plagued with common stereotypes that aren't very true at all. A lot of guys enjoy these types of films because of their movie taste, a lot of women enjoy barely clothed women too, and a lot of women are more sex crazed than most men could ever dream to be, gender matters very little, personal preference however does matter.

In reality all a chick flick is, is a film that talks about stuff that common stereotypes about men says we shouldn't care about, which is about one of the most sexist thing you can really have is when you start saying what a gender should or shouldn't care about since you're applying stereotypes based on gender. I love love scenes in film because of what they tend to add to the characters or movie, not because of omgz naked woman. That type of interaction helps bring out the best and worst in people, both partners, and if done right and performed well, seeing that interaction go from there is interesting in how it deepens the interactions between the characters afterwards.

idk, this film just seems like a terrible movie trying to appeal to typical women stereotypes and seem deeper then it really is.
