Looks like they ran out of money for funding the server, at least that is what it looks like after a quick scan.

The server is really terrible. Some weird money system that basically means once a year they take it down for two weeks whilst they s....l....o....w....l.....y process the money.

Should be back up soon by now, I would have thought.
