Title: this is all steel's fault

I failed the year last year and this year I am resitting at a different university starting next week. In an effort to make sure I pass, I am going to limit my time spent on here to weekends from now on. I am also putting my most or all of my projects on hold until the Christmas break.

I still intend to write for GW frontpage, I have a few articles backed up and a few in the works so I have a means of article-term-ammo.

In 3 months I am going to necropost in this topic having met the following goals.

- Get ace marks for my uni work
- Establish new friends at Liverpool (I am actually a nomates bar 2 or 3 friends at the moment thanks to uni move)
- Get myself a new girl who isn't nuts and has a sense of humour
- Lose these circles around my eyes from 36 days 3 hours and 23 minutes on GW
- Eat five pieces of fruit and or veg a day
- Get a weekend job cause I am poor
- See biffy clyro live
- Stop my mum from driving like she owns a guide dog
- Serenade goldenratio
- Not give up on my projects when I get back

I went to my flat in halls a week ago and it was totally filthy and I came out thinking "shit what have I done with my life". You know when you think you've screwed up too bad and it's irreversible. I went back yesterday and a nice girl had moved in and cleaned the whole place up and decorated. It was completely transformed. I am gonna cook her something amazing.

I have spent summer rotting away in my room at my parent's house. This is my last chance to make something of myself so I am going to give it my all. I need to get my health back and I need a lucky break.

ps. i have had similiar thoughts and will propably do similiar transformation in the future after these exams, though not as thorough as yours - propably just do things i have planned to and try to keep up with my schedule, plus FIX MYSELF (like you are going to do)

They seemed to have a good emphasis on the working attitude you require which they didn't have at my last uni. People are in general a lot more sound it must be the air here or something.
