Ok im coming home from iraq in the next few months and I need some killer party ideas! I originally had planned to go to disney world but that kind fell through, give me your ideas, and money isnt really an object. :woop:

At my friends last birthday party we lived the dream and filled a room with balloons.
Needless to say when i woke up, still drunk, in said room it was one of the best moments of my life.

Actually perhaps top hats and monocles party is the best possible kind of party. If you can calculate a good way to combine them with very important music but also fine wines then you will earn 100 party creds. People always talk about top hats and monocles but I have never seen such a thing actually happen. With your so called infinite moneys, it can become a reality. Bonus points for tea cups.

This is basically a good 'go-to' idea. I'd say possibly instead of the cooler get a keg or two and/or a daiquiri machine for the girls. I had a keg party a few weeks ago with a huge system and some MAD FREESTYLE SESSIONS YO and it was a heap of fun.
Another idea that a mate of mine did that went down well was get the first name of your party (for example, Tom) and use the first letter for a theme. So he had a 'T' party, where everyone had to dress up/come as something/someone starting with the letter T.
I dunno I don't have many super original ideas, just don't do something lame like a PIMPS N HOES party.

When my friend came home from Afghanistan we celebrated every party which he missed (his birthday, christmas and sinterklaas (dutch thing).
I ended up being santa claus, giving him gifts and stuff. After that we became drunk and went out ;).

Holy shit how did I miss this, this is the best and I've always wanted to do this.
For my 21st I'm thinking of hiring a party bus which is a double decker which drives you to a list of clubs/bars (that you give them at the start of the night), you get trashed on the bus and at clubs/stay out all night then it drops you home in the morning. Would probably be good for NOVELTY. Also I dunno if they do this in the US.

This is by far the best idea.
But everyone should have to be in the robot suits naked.
First person to "destroy" all the opponents gear is declared the winner, and everyone takes pictures of the naked loser, getting beer pourn all over them. Post pics of the losing chicks here.

Party busses are pretty awesome. If there's one in your city, I'd definitely consider renting it. You're looking at probably a few hundred dollars for the night, and with a few people to chip in, it's not too bad. So, not only are you avoiding any drunk driving, but you've got a ROLLING PARTY, and you can check out all your local bars. Plus, everyone wants to hang out with the party bus, so you're bound to pick up some ladies.

Once, we had a party in a room filled with sand and we placed fake sunlights (you know, really strong lights that you can supposedly get a tan from that are weaker than TANNING ROOM LIGHTS but obviously stronger than normal lights?) and had lots of beach equipment (buckets and toy shovels) and everyone wore beach wear (shorts and hula hula skirts) and we had beach drinks and beach music and we pretended it was a beach party. There was also a tape of SEAGULLS AND WATER playing independently of the beach music.
This was in like January in Norway. In the third floor of a building. In the winter (-20 Celsius outside). Thankfully, I had nothing to do with either setting it up or cleaning it up but shit that was epic.
So yeah if you're gonna fill a room with anything at all, make it sand and beach artifacts and not balls or balloons imo!
actually I had close to nothing to do with the party as I did not know the guys who threw it but I was there to meet up with some friends who were there and I was there for like 20 minutes tops :(
but still it was epic as fuck

Oh yeah here's a thing I should share with you guys.
It's a device that's in a building in one of the rooms where I've never actually been :( but I've been in the building and heard this shit countless of times independently from various people who have access to the area (all you need to do is be active in helping the student community which I don't do (lazy fuck)) and here's the facts:
In the room, which is owned by like 8 people (the crew that deals with mechnical shit in the building), has a device that opens your beer for you. It works pretty simply: Raise your unopened bottled beer into the device (which is in the roof) and a mechanism will open the beer by pulling the cap off (bottle caps in Norway are generally way tighter than in other countires and can not be loosened with the hand alone). The cap will then, due to a magnetic device, fly into a tube and into another room where it will land in a pile of beer caps (corks?). As it passes into the other room, through the tube, an electronic counter will keep measure of every cap that flows through the tube, and if a certain number of caps flows through it over the course of one hour, the computer attached to the counter will automaticly send out an SMS to the 8 or so owners of the room that a party is taking place inside said room.
short version instructions of device:
raise beer to roof
device uncaps your beer
device sends cap to other room
device registers amount of caps sent to other room
IF amount of caps sent to other room is greater than a set amount:
- send SMS to owners of the room that a party is taking place

Two scenarios:
1. A person is drinking by himself and is considering where to go. An SMS beeps in: "Party at the room!" - To invite them?
2. A person is avoiding partying and wants to work on something in peace and quiet in the room. The same SMS beeps in. - To warn them?
So depends on the situation really.
Although...
I guess it helps to know that the room is located in the building in this town that has the most nightclubs though. It is seriously in many ways EXACTLY like a mall except instead of stores and restaurants there are just nightclubs. So chances are the people who own the room might be in the building partying somewhere before getting notified that there's also a party going on in the restricted area that they're the owners of??
