Title: Suikoden 2
Post by: TFT on October 30, 2008, 06:34:17 am: Hey, I need to get some opinions on this because I'm kind of oblivious. The only crown jewel game I think I ever owned is Suikoden 2. Apparently it's a rare game, do you guys have any idea how much I could milk this game by selling it somewhere? It's in really good condition, original case, instructions, etc.

Could you recommend me a good place to sell this and get the maximum zenny? I'm kind of curious. Or if you could direct me somewhere I could find out. :fogetshrug:

The average buy it now price on ebay is 100$ so expect someone to pay 80-120$ for it. Prices fluctuate with the season so the closer you sell it to Christmas the higher the price will get.

People also tend to have the most money at the beginning of a month since they pay their bills near the end and get paid so the first week of a new month is the best time to sell.

But yeah the PAL version still seems to get more off ebay uk than the NTSC version so I'm not sure if the 'selling it to Europeans' plan will completely work, but I'm not sure how much the US version goes for... you could still make a profit this way, I guess. I'd definitely go with ebay though, whichever region you try and sell it in.

Maybe it is one of those things you had to play when it came out, but I played about five to ten hours of it a couple years back and didn't really GET THE BUZZ, you know? The only one I haven't played in the series is the first one, and imo out of the other four, Suikoden 3 is probably the only one that was exceptional (or in Suikoden 4's case, absolutely fucking awful), and even it had huge problems.
