So there is this REALLY bitchy girl in my class, and she never fucking stops bitching. I swear, every word that comes out of her mouth, she is bitching at someone.
Anyways, I dealt with it for a while, kept quiet, tried not to get angry, and I must say, it was fucking difficult. She really pushed me to the edge. Today though, I finally snapped.
She was saying something about how she got low marks, and the teacher told her she needs to speak more. And then she bitched about how he was wrong and she was NEVER going to speak, but she really needs better marks. So I come in and point out that perhaps if she listened to the teacher, she would get better marks. So she just goes apeshit and starts talking about how the teacher doesn't know what he's talking about, and apparently, neither do I. I call her a fucking bitch, tell her to shut the fuck up, and walk away.
So I see her later that day, and she is bitching STILL. She never fucking stops!
So my question is, how do I deal with her, Gaming World? Perferably in a legal manner. I need her to stop before I kill her myself.

Is it too hard to ignore her? That'd be the first thing I'd try to do. If you aren't able to ignore her, for what reason would that be?

I tend to just ignore them, but then again I don't really meet many angry people for long periods of time.
Just patronize her a bit and see if she notices, or tell her she looks nice today and see how she reacts. She probably
just craves attention, so if someone gives her that she could mellow out a bit. (Or get worse)
If that doesn't work get yourself down to your nearest DIY store and buy something to shut up her up for good.

This just seems to be a thing where you're venting out from an encounter. What's the history behind her? Does she have friends, interests, hobbies? Maybe you just need to connect with her by means of telling a funny joke or helping out with something. Confronting her on the level of anger isn't going to solve anything. It'll just brew more hatred. Get her to smoke weed with you or something.
maybe she has a reason to be angry? medical conditions, family issues, it could be anything all for what I know

I've tried being nice to her, complimenting her, whatever, and it only makes the problem worse. She just totally ignores whatever I do and bitches about some little tiny minute detail that she apparently disagrees with, so I gave up on that.
As for figuring out "underlying causes," she is, as you may have figured out, very hard to talk to. I'm not sure how I would get to know her well enough to find this stuff out and fix it.

I wish I could help you personally, my words are my sword for people like her. I would start by killing her with kindness, agree a little and sugar her up a little, narrow down those defenses. Then slowly but indirectly disagree with her, she will probably think your agreeing with her but your not if you word things right. From there I dunno, she seems bent on twisting the world to her views with her "everything my way or the highway" but the last thing that would help is to fall under her rock and die with her. I would try and figure her out as well, I have a friend who is so dense and filled with hatred that she tries to pull me in with her ways, but I have learned the best way to deal with it is to not feed into her desire of hate.
All people are human, and she is no exception, there are weak points she has that makes her who she is but are you willing to investigate those points? She sounds spoiled @_@
