Pretend that you are preparing a television documentary about the Civil Rights movement during the 1950s and 1960s. What three events would you make sure to include? Which people would you want to be sure to interview (assuming they were still alive) or discuss? Explain your choices.
this is the discussion board topic for my history class. i thought it was an interesting question to post here!

if it's for television focus on naked demonstrations. if you're not concerned with a grade i would look into marketing changes that pre-empted the movements or allowed for the change rather than picking a few key figures. write about how the civil rights movement and liberalism made everyone worse off, they won't be expecting that.
