Yeah, so, I was never a major poster or a big part of the community, but...
I found this site because I was (fifteen?) and looking for indie games. I stayed for the RP forum, and because there was usually a good crop of new, if rarely finished games to play. I didn't have much to do in my small Maine town except smoke pot and come here.
Then there was a forum purge that killed all the classic RP topics, and that was the beginning of the end for me.
Then I learned how to talk to girls, graduated from high school, got a job, started college, got a house and I can buy alcohol, but most of all...
I'm 21. Not fifteen. I don't have the time, and when I do, no one else is interested in RM2K any more.
EDIT: And a forum is pretty far from dead when there's upwards of thirty people online at one in the morning.
