I love this album, I made love to this album, and then I listened to Kid A and OK Computer and Amnesiac and made love to those, just because I loved In Rainbows so much.

I was looking forward to this album soooo much, and they really did deliver, I think. I listened to this album a couple dozen times, and fell in love with Jigsaw Falling into Place(I LOVE Thom's vocals on it), Bodysnatchers, Reckoner, and All I Need. I had to have listned to Jigsaw a couple hundred times, no kidding.

Although I do believe the initial shock of the album has finally worn off on me(Or maybe I just really needed more Decemberists in my system after they canceled their tour) I really think this has to be one of the best albums to have come out in recent memory. It's very well done, and even if it doesn't match up to OK Computer or Kid A, it's one of my favourites now beside it.
It really to me makes all of the other current music at the moment look dull, Radiohead is just great, they really have reawaken what I love about music with this album, which is why I'm one to treasure it, even if it's only been a month.

Now I just can't wait to see what they do next, and that EP that comes with the disc box.
Mainly because I really like Down is the New Up, I've been wondering what the studio version will sound like for a while now.

I beat, and got bored of this game, before it even came out. Because I'm a bad person.

But it was done pretty well, better than I had thought Neversoft was going to do. The HO/POs are far too easy though. Which is a good thing, though, considering how many stupid three note power chords they added.
I am quite angry at them not letting you play the Battle songs outside of Career Mode though, they were by far my favourite songs. I am also angry at the fact you NEED to play Co-Op to get songs/money. And on the subject, the Co-Op encores suck, save Cities on Flame With Rock and Roll. But they could have picked such a better Strokes song, I'm angered.
Favourite songs have to be Knights of Cydonia and Cult of Personality. Except Knights does get very repetitive and boring, but, oh well, still love Muse. The Slipknot song totally sucks, and they could have picked a much better Iron Madien song. One is good, but suffers from the problems I had with Freebird, but to a lesser extent, I guess.
Through the Fire and the Flames is fun, I suppose. Expert is darn near impossible though, my friend uses a rubber band to hold down the green fret to get through it. His excuse is if it was a real guitar he could do it, and they're making us play a keyboard part anyways.

Good game though, not as great as II though, better than Rock the 80s though. I am looking forward to the next one.

(yay go random post since I never post here)
