does manga count cause i caught up with all the translated pages of oyasumi punpun, that mangas a fucking trip if i've ever seen one. asano inio knows how to write damn good characters.
Infernal hails. I think all 13 volumes were translated when you wrote that, so there isn't really any "caught up". I haven't read (and don't intend to read) the 13th volume because I think appreciate the ambiguity of an open ending more than anything the actual ending could ever bring me.

Right now I'm reading Julius Evola's "Revolt Against The Modern World". It's about his own esoteric interpretations of traditional civilizations compared and contrasted with the degenerate and declining societies of today. Evola's worldviews are definitely some of the most unique and unprecedented among anyone, but a disproportionate amount of attention is focused on the fact that he's elitist and racist.

World's End Girlfriend & Kashiwa Daisuke for post-rock/contemporary classical/whatever. Both are immensely talented and highly recommended. Think Godspeed You! Black Emperor but more electronic.

Seconding Boris, but Pink & similar albums are not at all what they are best for. Drone or get out.

Chaos Royale for fucked up noise / hip-pop mashups. And Noise/Girl (his older project) for equally fucked up harsh disco.

大野まりな and とろ美 for trve kvte akiba-pop.

Not to join in some genre war or anything, but I'm familiar with all but a couple of the bands mentioned in this thread and I've never heard the term noise-punk in my life.
Yeah, I'm pretty sure the term he's looking for is noise rock. Noise already has much of the "punk attitude", just with less traditional instrumentation.

Who said this?

I listen many songwriters who arent technical.
Well obviously I'm exaggerating, but some of the things you said earlier were pretty blunt.

1. Nethack - The deepest, most complex, replayable, and truly challenging game that has ever been made. I've spent more time playing this than the other 4 games on my list combined.
2. System Shock 2 - One of the most complex and atmospheric first person shooters ever made. SHODAN is probably my favourite video game villain of all time.
3. Quake 2 - This is the game that got me into gaming, probably the most intense and action packed first person shooter I've ever played.
4. Half Life - An absolutely unforgettable game. So many great moments, who could forget when you first started fighting the soldiers?
5. Touhou 10: Mountain of Faith - Dodging lots of bullets, AND beatiful anme pictures. Absolutely addictive.

Honourable Mentions: Fatal Frame and Oddworld.

Also major high fives to the guys who said Planescape, No One Lives Forever, and Jagged Alliance.

lol Wolf Eyes.

The Gerogerigegege are awesome, I'm reasonably sure that they're relatively similar to this "noise-punk" you speak of. They're definitely a band that all of you I-ONLY-APPRECIATE-TECHNICAL-GREATNESS-HOW-CAN-YOU-LISTEN-TO-THAT-ALL-IT-IS-IS-RANDOM-NOISES folks can all safely skip over.

Since it's been 12 hours and no one has even guessed I will just tell you.It is H.E.D.Z., A pretty mediocre game that hasbro published in 1998.Next time I will post a good obscure game rather than a game that is just obscure, I have learned my lesson. :(Anyways, anyone can post a new game.

I think a better solution would be to just take away post count all together. I'm sure many people would agree with me on this.

I only have the most basic of things on my desktop( My computer, My documents, My Games Folder, Recycling and Mozilla Firefox, The only reason I have Paper Mario thing is because I am currently downloading it.) I like to keep my desktop and toolbar clean.
