I've got some extra squish.  I dunno if I'd call myself fat, even though I weigh quite a bit.  Most people estimate me to be around 190-200.  I'm 235-240.   I used to be fit/athletic, and most my weight came on within half a year.  Having poor eating habits doesn't really help either.

I don't think there's anything wrong with enjoying food..I think the problem is the kind of food people are enjoying.  The past few years I've really gotten into making food from scratch.  It takes up more time but its really worth it.

Harry was pretty great.
The only games that stand out to me after such a long time were Escape Velocity and Marathon.  Both awesome games.

I would like to see the N64 FF7 remade as it was gonna be quite different to the psx version. Not sure how much was compleated before it's demise though.
I think that was just a tech demo, not an actual game.

PC.  I got it for PS3 for my girlfriend since she prefers a controller/lounging on couch but I found the interface for the console version very awkward looking in comparison to PC.  I like being able to zoom out further as well with the PC version.

I've been using my old computer(4+ years old) a lot the past 5 months to emulate my old playstation CD's.  I have two drives.   The first suddenly died, I couldn't even open it except with a paper clip.  So I switched to the other and that one appeared to die as well...the drive letter was completely gone from my computer.  However, whenever I restarted the computer it would re-appear and be re-usable for awhile.  I doubt both drives would be dying near the same time.  Cable?  Controller?  Software?

Theres nothing in eventvwr except one explaining it disappeared suddenly.

Any ideas?

EGM was the gaming magazine I'd buy from time to time as well.  This is disappointing.

Where do you guys live then? I was reading this thing and it says that there are no waiting lines for people who are in dire need of care in Canada.
I wouldn't say I was in IMMEDIATE dire need but I was in pretty bad shape.  By the time I got in there I was almost ready to pass out from blood loss.

I don't think there's any prioritization beyond "ARE YOU GOING TO DIE IN THE NEXT HOUR Y/N?"

Right... from the sounds of it, you were going to the emergency room so you bypassed any and all lines, right
Uh...there are lines in the emergency rooms.
From it being clogged.
By people going there for stupid reasons.
Okay though.

Canada's health care system is pretty good.  But I can think of one reason why its so fucking bloated(And one reason why private health care can be good.)  The greater cost of health care in private health care can really cause people to NOT go to the hospitial for stupid shit.

Seriously.  Every time I've ever gone to the emergency room for myself or someone else I'd say half the people were there for stupid shit.  Like small cuts.  And feeling a little 'sick.'  What a waste.

Thanks for that champ.

Body weight exercises offer little resistance. Eventually you'll need to add more weight (resistance) so consider joining a gym.
Adding weighted vests/etc to the equation add fairly good results.  This being said its not the best exercise you can do obviously.

It's actually pretty bad because it advocates horrible muscle balance to key muscle groups and overexertion.
Overexertion = lolno.
Muscle balance not excessively so.  It works most of the key muscle groups except legs which if you're doing ane xercise routine like that would probably be developed through cardio.

However; take protein everyday, best time for our body type is after the workout RIGHT AWAY. (for anybody type for that matter)  Why? because like I said before, our body doesn't like to store, so giving the body protein right after a work out when it's making repairs to the muscles ensures a greater percentage of the protein is being used rather than dumped.
Body repairs itself the vast majority when you sleep.

I'm severely underweight. My goal is to gain 80-100 pounds, and to do so in under 6 months. Not fat though, I want to gain muscle weight. How would I go about doing this
I didn't even bother reading any of the other posts but I will tell you this: You are never going to gain 80-100 pounds of MUSCLE in 6 months.

Ever.

That being said, its just going to be a lot of hard work.  Research exercices and construct a routine that will develop your entire body.  I've never done pyramid sets but my girlfriend is doing them and she says they work quite well.  An important thing is to remember not to work out TOO much.  You get diminishing returns.

Invest in good protein shake to take once a day.  Keep your meals simple and full of nutrients.  Lots of fish and chicken is good.  Red meat is okay but if you're trying to get lots of protein you probably don't want to eat lots of it.   I tend to stick to the idea of eating lots of carbs for breakfast, a balance of carbs and protein for lunch, and the most protein for dinner, and I always try to have a light protein source before I go to bead(two hours or so before).  DON'T try to cut out fats.  Your body needs them, as long as they are good.  Snack on nuts as they are extremely healthy and a good source of protein. (Not to mention delicious)

And again, remember, you won't gain 100 pounds of muscles in 6 months.  You probably won't even gain 20.  You'll feel results, but massive change doesn't happen over night.  Keep at it and you'll get what you want.

10 pounds for 6'6" is like the bordering on slightly overweight. You can check your bmi here: http://www.nhlbisupport.com/bmi/

your ideal weight is like, 170-200, and 152 lbs is a "normal" weight, so you don't need to gain THAT MUCH dude, i would say 20-30 lbs is probably good, and it's not too hard to gain 20 lbs of muscle mass.
BMI is garbage.
Overweight if he has a lot of fat maybe. I'm 6'1 and 220 pounds.  I'm perhaps "slightly" overweight in that I have around 24% bodyfat.

StarCraft? It has a decent map editor, if that counts. And there's a buttload of shit they've made on the internet that makes it even more flexible.
Or use Warcraft 3 editor.
