It's actually Vista. Buggy-as-crap build 5308. I was still impressed with it either way. (Windows Defender needs to be WAY less paranoid though.)

Oh no, I didn't think it was a theme, it just made me want my desktop to look like OSX.  ;_;

(Also my recent screenshot is not a theme either if it needs clarification. *clarify*)

There's the artist's portfolio, "OSX Wave" is what it's called. I was looking for a high resolution scan of Katsushika Hokusai's "Great Wave" , and stumbled upon that wallpaper, and I think I like it a bit more. :)
