Abaetetuba is not Pará's capital but yes it's a horrible thing, now because of some sociopathic police officers everyone will think Brazil is like those islamic countries where it's OK to gang rape women for whatever "reasons"

Actually I live in an Islamic country and I can assure you that rape is not acceptable here and is served with the death sentence.
All I can say now is that the men who did this deserve to be raped themselves but this would probably just be making it worse...
