All I remember about High School is that it was as samey and tedious as college was, cept with less work and better final grades.

Oh and I remember having 'fights' with 2 of my friends, and someones glasses getting broken in both of 'em.

FFXIII, just upto the chapter after the Byrnhildr fight (Who I only just beat with something like 10 seconds left on the doom counter). Found that I've died more times on random encounters than actual bosses, cept the boss deaths are mostly on Eidolon fights.

Also playing Just Cause 2, which is pretty entertaining. Have only done one faction mission so far, having too much fun exploring the place, which is bigger than I expected.

@Mr Weird Guy: That looks a little... fast on the jumping. And some of those weapons look pretty hard to use, but not as bad as the MM10 ones (From what I've heard and watched) soo I dunno. Other than that it looks good so far, keep up the good work!

Hopefully getting FFXIII in a couple of weeks, so been playing quite a bit of Pokemon Pearl in the meantime, somehow I'm battling through the slowness of the game, and have just beaten the fighting Gym, using only a Torterra (Well, I have 2 other pokemon, but Earthquake was good enough for the whole fight). I swear, I'd beat this game with just Torterra if I could, only problems would be fire pokemon and getting across the sea... ahwell...

Personally I can't play with Inverted, unless it's a space or flight sim, because it just doesn't feel right, I'd rather move my mouse up to hit something flying overhead than move it down.

Just played through the demo, and I've found a rather... Persona 4-like feeling from the combo of mostly hilarious dialogue on a heavy story. As for gameplay, seems fine to me, I found myself creeping round the dungeons areas, trying to avoid the monsters strewn around as I took everything I could. So far so good, keep it up!

EDIT: I know Ephiam's seen it, but I've made a vid of the first boss just in case anyone else wants to watch it here.

Is this My Paradise under a different name or a completely different game? 'cause I recognize the names from those videos on Youtube.

In anycase, I'm DLing it anyway, I'll tell my thoughts on it later.

Not gonna be adding all my games 'cause I'd be here for quite a while. Going to put them on as I get to them.

Yeah the first one is good, the second and third, urgh, hate 'em. Tho' that opinion is pretty much based on the fact I can get through 1 (Albeit with Save Stating, but still, I did it), but 2 and 3 seem to screw me over round Zone 3, that disk boss on number 2 is probably my least favourite boss of all the bosses I've fought in the sonic series.

On the thing of homing attack, I think it's best place is in the 3D Sonics, I don't think I could really get through them without it, as hitting enemies without it is a nightmare. For the 2D one's it's not really needed, as it's fairly easy to hit the enemies when all they can do is dodge in a 2D Plane, plus the controls are generally better.

As for this game, I'll probably end up getting it when all the parts are out, because unless the episodes are fairly long then there won't be much point in getting 'em.

Been playing with ObjectDock and Fences on Mine (and my bro's >.>) Desktop PC. It now has some element of order to it now, and I can hide all the desktop icons at will, if I need any more space.

Oh and I've also been playing a lot of Minecraft, one fucking sweet game.

Indeed it is, addictive too :S Just spent a good while playing on the Survival mode, stupid monsters appeared from nowhere and killed me, not fun when it took me ages to start the building of a fort like thing >.>

Well now I'm all spent up on christmas money, finishing off with buying Advance Wars: Dark Conflict (Been after for a while, just that shops seem to hate me and never have it in, just like with last Remnant on PC), Lord of The Rings: Battle for Middle Earth II and Sins of a Solar Empire, which both seem to be brilliant RTS's, but haven't really had a chance to play them a lot yet.

So that's 6 games bought, and 3 games given for Crimbo, so 9 in total, I think I'm all kitted out in the gaming side of things for a while, just gonna have to balance that with studying, damned exams >.>

Soooo one final total up, for the games I bought and are playing:

PS3:
Batman Arkham Asylum
inFamous

Wii:
Dead Space: Extraction

PC:
LOTR: Battle for Middle Earth II
Sins of a Solar Empire

DS:
AW: Dark Conflict
Kingdom Hearts 368/2 days
Etrian Odyssey
AC: Altair's Chronicles

9 Games overall, woo!

Bought the Special Edition Dissidia a couple days ago and it's been giving me something to play while I hunt down where I put my DSi and my brother steals the PS3 for MWF2 and inFamous (My game aswell, urgh -.-) So far done just over half the Story mode sections, not going near the chaos one till I've got through all of them. Dunno which one I'm gonna main atm, as at the moment I seem to play just aswell with all of 'em, which is to say, not very well -.-.

Picked up Etrian Oddyssey, giving me something to play in Physics in the midst of revision for the exam coming up, seeing as Kingdom Hearts and Assassin's Creed: Altair's Chronicles (huh, just noticed that'd be AC:AC O.o) require a fair bit of attention. Been playing for roughly 8 hours and I've only just managed to get to floor 5. Looks like this one could take a while, which is good.

As for Kingdom Hearts, I'm just past the Dog boss, when Xion get's the Keyblade back. To say this is Proud mode Iain't really had much trouble up to now, only place that's really caused me trouble is the survival challenge, which totally SUCKS because dodge roll doesn't help one teeny-weeny bit, the dusks can still get me. Plus I seem to be running outta panels fairly quickly, too many abilities/Magic methinks.

Been playing FFXII in the time that I've not been able to get on the PS3 to play Batman. Got slightly miffed at the game last night because the gambit system decided to feck my characters over while I was in the dreadnought Leviathan: Basche wouldn't open the door to escape when it was absolutely necessary, and instead decided to aim at bad guys, fun >.>

EDIT: On a lighter note, I think I'm gonna be rich when I go to the stores after the Lhusu mines: Found an area with JUST skeletons so been abusing Steal + The Chain level system. Too bad I don't think there's gonna be a gambit for Enemy: Not Stolen From, would be alot more useful 'cause I wouldn't need to pay much attention then.

From what I've read, the Crystarium level goes up by 1 after certain bosses, which boosts the maximum rank of each character's roles.

Found a vid of the system in use, on a side note though, what the HELL is with Snow's portrait, I can't put my finger on it but something is just... weird about it O.o

There IS exp involved, except it's Crystal Points. I was searching round the net for info on the leveling system ('cause I don't think they'd make you have 300 or so hp for the WHOLE game, that would be inhuman O.o) and found this:

As you defeat enemies in battle, you earn Crystal Points (CP). These can be exchanged for new skills and abilities, shown on a circular chart in the Crystalium management screen. As you learn certain skills, new paths on the chart open up.

In addition to earning new skills like “Fire,” you can also use this system to increase your characters’ parameters. The screenshots in Jump show options for increasing character HP.

Character growth appears to be done on a per role basis. This is my speculation based off the screenshots, but it appears that each character can be raised individually in the various battle roles (Blaster, Defender, Attacker, and so-forth).

Sooo basically FFX's system but slightly different.

OK i understand Kingdom Hearts 2 is hated because it goes with a lot of generic anime bullshit.
but whats wrong with kingdom hearts 1 it had a fairy tale sort of look and some battles didn't require button mashing.
So I guess I'm the only one here psyched for birth by sleep...

Yeah that's one of the main reasons I prefer KH1 over 2, in number two you could pretty much do the entire game by hammerng attack, which made it far easier, as I'm finding at the moment with Dragon Malefcient on Expert, even with Tink summoned. Almost beat her on my last try, just lost Tinkerbell out of stupidity and therefore got myself mushed swiftly.

On the thing of Romancing Saga, I'd love to play the remake, but can't because t isn't out in europe, and I CBA playing round with my PS2 to get it to work. Damn them for not releasing it here :( For now I'll stick to trying to find where the bloody hell I'm meant to go on Romancing Saga 3, which I think I have to get through this stupid tournament, which is a bitch to beat :/

Apparently the games only linear to halfway, where it branches out a bit. To be honest, I think I'll be getting this mostly because of the Battle System and Soundtrack. I think I can guess the general plot of the game to be that stuff happens, and eventually people have to go off and save the world/town/universe etc, just like pretty much every FF before hand (Dunno about XI, probably guess it's in there some how).
