Rollo's Geass doesn't (well, probably at least) stop time, it just "stops" the mind of others in a certain range, though it gives the impression that he can stop time. It also has a time limit at least.

You know, the best thing coming from this is the fact that now, I can create a knight with a lightsaber
(Well, I hope so...)
Anyway, as long as they're not part of the story (stares at Lloyd in Soul Caliber Legends) it's fine.
