I figured out how to fix it.  Go to command prompt and type "regsvr32 /u ac3audio.ax".

king of games said he had the same problem. he said he gets a windows error so i am not sure what i can do about this. does it list ac3.exe or something like that as the problem?

Yeah, I'm getting a Windows error and something about ac3.  Here's are the details of the error report:

 AppName: barkleyv108.exe    AppVer: 0.0.0.0    ModName: ac3audio.ax
ModVer: 2.2.0.0    Offset: 0001d5ff

And then, The following files will be included in this error report:

I don't know.  If you don't have any ideas, I can just play it on my other computer.   I definitely enjoyed the first few minutes of the game.

The game repeatedly crashes to Windows for me (very early spoile​ Right after you run away from Jordan, The guards get fireballed, Barkley runs off the screen, Jordan says one more line CRASH.  Anyone else have this problem?

edit: I tried the V108 exe and am still having the same problem.
