You guys are the 294th ranked PC game out of over 9,000 on the site right now. That's pretty sweet. If you guys have a high-quality version of the trailer available I can see if we can upload as the official video for the game. Drop me an email at [email protected] if you do and we can figure out how to transfer it.

Thanks to downloadable games on consoles I think many people are becoming aware that just because a game wasn't made by EA, Sega, Ubisoft, or some other huge company, doesn't mean that it's not worth playing. I think the biggest problem people face when it comes to finding games from indie developers is figuring out what's actually good. For every game that's awesome there are a dozen that are horrific (Though some might argue that the same goes for retail games, but that's another discussion). I won't say that we as a site are great about getting the word out, but we do host a fair amount of mods and free games, and we're encouraged to feature them when we're so inclined on the staff soapbox page. I know one of our guys, Lark, wrote a whole editorial on his favorite indie games of last year and I devoted an entire hour-long video to Beggar Prince, the Genesis game that got released last year. The short version: I think coverage is improving, but could still get better.

Hmm, Ryan Davis likes being famous. Send an email to [email protected] and tell him how awesome he is and then give him your address. You'll probably get something insane in the mail.

The video of the show usually goes up around 8pm (pacific) give or take a bit. Sounds like the people in the chat enjoyed the demo. The game has sure caused a splash in the office. Everyone was crowding around my desk while I played it.

McLovin, certainly you don't want something as horrible as one of our autographs. You should reach for the stars and try to get the autograph of someone more well-known, like maybe the "Dude, you're getting a Dell" guy or something. :)

Sorry I didn't get any battles in guys, we ran out of time. For the record I did die on purpose because that death screen is pretty much the most awesome thing ever. I did mention the sewers though!

The segment will be near the end of the show (so after 4:30pst). Go easy on me if I don't get the whole saga about the game's creation just right--I'll do my best. I just have to remember "sewers."

I'll be demoing the game on the show. Is there a good place for information on the who, what, when, where, why, and how about this game? I've been to the official site and there's nothing there, but I imagine there's quite the story as to how this game came about and I'd like to give the viewers a bit of background.

Just wanted to stop by and let everyone know that we'll be featuring the game on GameSpot's On the Spot today at 4pm (pacific). The game will be on near the end of the show. You can find the show here. http://www.gamespot.com/shows/on-the-spot/?om_act=convert&om_clk=livesched&tag=livesched;show;1
