i agree with the him 100%. this kid got paid off one song that he made by himself, promoted by himself, and got famous as fuck off of it. ALL BY HIMSELF. why the fuck do people hat on him? he aint some dude that the recording industry put out there, and forced into the mainstream. this kid is doing what he wants to do, and gettin paid for it. quit hatin on him.

echochrome is sweet indeed. I downloaded it off the PSN a few days ago. I really enjoy the concept and gameplay immensely. Another fun ass game, that is still stuck in my head is Pattapon.I can't stop the marching beat, and it's been weeks since I played.
patapon is only good for as long as the novelty lasts. as soon as it's no longer cute to see your little dudes marching at your will, it becomes apparent that it's just a really really simple strategy game. I didn't find it to be very much fun. i was soooo looking forward to it, then when i finally played it i just kinda thought "wow, this is IT?".
i didn't like echochrome much either. i dont think its a bad game tho.. its a really interesting concept, thats for sure. it seems like they kinda hi-jacked the 're-defining time and space' puzzle thing that Crush pioneered (as far as i know, it pioneered it).
btw maybe they'll get an snes emulator that can run chrono trigger, earthbound, and donkey kong. @__@
as far as i remember, chrono trigger's menu crashes, earthbound's battles crash, and DK l-l-l-l-l-a-a-a-a-a-a-g-g-g-g-g-g-ss-s-s-s-s-s like a motherfucker.

beyond good and evil was cool.. i vaguely remember playing it. you take pictures and stuff, i remember that much.

Also I think you mean Symphony of the Night clone.thats right. i forgot about that one (didn't like it much).
still the point remains that castlevania is a once-great franchise, that has sunk into mediocrity. the games aren't necessarily bad. in fact they're good. BUT they're only good if you haven't played any of the others exactly like it. for anyone who's played the previous installments, the formula is way past stale.
it's kinda lame to see such a cool franchise turn to waste like this.
the dracula x chronicles (psp game) was awesome. it was also preposterously difficult. other than that, i can't think of the last GOOD castlevania title, besides the aforementioned SotN and aria of sorrow. the 3d ones were also pretty bad, imo.

castlevania went away with the gameboy advance. they can tout the 'new features' all they want, but at the end of the day, it's just another aria of sorrow clone. it's always like that. they say "HAY GUYS ITS DIFFERENT THIS TIME, I PROMISE!!" but its always the same. the same enemies. the same weapon types. the same abilities. maybe a slightly modified 'magic' mechanic. then they fagged them up with anime characters. lovely. it's good to see they're taking a cooler style (though still kinda anime-ish, just not as generic), that's a step forward.
this one isn't looking any different. new features + same old gameplay. same old enemies, that's the worst part. how many times do i have to hack through the same floating eyes, red skeletons, bone throwers, harpies, and axe armors till i get a fresh lineup of enemies? it's one thing to stay true to the roots of the game, but COME THE FUCK ON. it's been like 6 games of the same fucking shit. i think their turns are about done with.

this video was really cool. you dont really see too many videos like this in the mainstream media, now-a-days. most of them are just the band playing in a plain white room, or in a field or something, with some quasi-artsy clips of random shit between fast changing angles of the band playing the music with way too much energy.
weezer always has been a cool, down to earth band. so not all of their songs are spectacular, and mindblowing. weezer is just one of them bands that when you hear a song you think "oh, hey thats weezer. yeah theyre cool peoples". i dont think weezer was ever out to be anyone's favorite band, not where they ever out to impress anyone.

tatu is easily my favorite pop act (probably next to justin timberlake), but i wasn't really into white robe all like that. their newer song, "220", is really cool though. the production on their albums has always been top fucking notch, and i'm really looking forward to their next release (in august i think).
but anywho, i wasn't into the video for white robe. its too damn dark and somewhat depressing to look at. i always liked their happy songs. i guess when you have a fanbase that adores 15 year old girls, you shouldn't start making songs about abortion..
they get really carried away with a lot of questionable ideas, but as long as the music is good, i'm gonna listen to it. then again, i'm the kind of person who doesn't care about the persons involved in music, nor do i let my own opinions on the individuals personally affect how much i like the way their music sounds.

I am beaming.... ear to ear man. This is without a doubt one of the greatest games of all time. If it helps the cause... I will gift this game too when I can (it's what, $8 in VC?). My wish is to see Mother 3... or better yet, a compilation of them all coming to the US.better yet, at least fucking give us mother 2. @__@
