It's going to be fun playing through some of the stuff in this thread. For how long I dossed about in 2k3, I really didn't play a whole lot of games.

OK, just out of interest BTW, what are you making your game in, how long has it been in development and are you using entirely original assets? One other question too, would YOU pay for your game?

An important factor to remember is how much you want your your game, so, take how much you want, add the amount it'll cost to produce to that, then that's the price you offer stores.

I have a factory sealed non-Platinum Final Fantasy IX (UK version), and I also have the Japanese special edition Sonic Adventure 2 that was only available for 2 days in Japan, came with the game (sealed) and a blue felt case containing a golden soundtrack CD a commemorative coin and a thank you booklet.

Hey guys, I'm currently looking to come back to the indie game making scene after quite a long stretch away. I used to mess around with RPG Maker 2003 a lot and I used to play a lot more video games in general, but then I went on a Games Art & Design degree, and, despite passing it, it killed my enthusiasm for games altogether. Now, almost a year later, I've been doing a review series on YouTube on retro games and playing modern titles such as Batman Arkham Asylum and Rainbow Six Vegas 2, along with a ton of Marvel VS Capcom 3, Soul Calibur IV, Super Street Fighter IV etc and it's starting to reinvigorate my passion for the medium.

I figured out that actually, I liked dicking about with silly programs, making games hardly anyone will ever play or hear of, just for the hell of it, in my spare time and that's what I'm here to do!

Whether I'll go back to RM2k3 or take another shot at actually learning GML, who knows? Main part is, I actually care again.

So yeah, hi.
