I, for one, am glad the law is finally doing something about these sick freaks. For too long they've played out their sick fantasies on innocent bicycles and other vehicles. These vehiclesexuals need to be locked up to keep the rest of society safe as well as our property (ever wonder where your missing bike went to? Yeah.)
