I'm a Londoner, and our internet is shit (at home I mean), it's currently sitting at 24.99 Mbps, a very unstable 24.99 Mbps. Tiered? in what context?

Iteration 1 is just a mess.
Iteration 2 sounds like somthing out of some snes era JRPG. (I like this one)

But in all seriousness, C# or Javascript because it serves a dual purpose of making you able to use it and so use it in other situations like I dunno web-development or something or building your own game engine or XNA (if that is still even used).

GPU: Gigabyte gtx 750 TI windforce OC
CPU: Intel Pentium K Anniversary G3258
RAM: Team Group Elite Black 8BG 1600MHz
MOBO: Gigabyte B85M-D2V
PSU: BeQuite SFX Power 2 400W
Case: Aerocool Qs-102

comes to around £360 (including shipping)

Ok, so I set origin to download titanfall over today, I fully expected it to be like, 10% or 20% done by the time I got home since my internet is about 5.8mb/s (the highest download speed I get is 500 - 600kb, rarely 700kb), I was suprised to see that it was done.
How can origin download a 56GB game in just over 12 hours on a 5.8mb/s internet connection?

Why is Obama getting sued/impeached? I can't actually find the reason, I Can find lots and Lots about the fact he's getting impeached, what it would mean, the fact that obama wants impeachment, etc but nothing on the why.

I've been playing Star ruler 2, despite it being early access and it kinda crashes a few times, and the fact it's pretty incomplete, IT's still FUN!
It's kind of a puzzle game in a way as you have to ship resources from one planet to another to unlock higher level resources so you can then ship that to another planet for use or to level up a planet (planet level is dictated by the amount of resources it has) I even managed to find some ancient ship yards and built 3 ancient battleships.

It also feels like you're building a proper interstellar empire (or intergalactic should you decide to add more than one galaxy).
I've yet to be invaded but then I am playing on a huge 1000 system map (at least I'm not the weakest empire, but definitely not the strongest, one I can see has already colonised a whole galaxy arm).
